What is KCAI?

The Korea Commerce Agency Index (KCAI) is an independent agency data index that compares Korean e-commerce agencies using data with sources, observation dates, and evidence grades. Rankings are never influenced by ads or paid listings, and unverified figures are never shown as facts.

How we operate

KCAI’s data comes from an AI-assisted collection pipeline combined with editorial verification. Collection agents gather facts from primary sources — the Shopify, Google, and Amazon partner directories, DART filings, hiring and company-information platforms, and public materials from agencies and their clients. Every fact is stored with a source URL, an observation date, and an evidence grade (E1–E6). Collected facts are published only after editorial review; each step of collection and verification is disclosed on the verification page. The full grading definitions are on the methodology page.

References and data sources

KCAI collects and verifies agency data through three pathways:

Official data sources (E1–E2)

Blog and media searches (E4)

Internal verification records (E3)

See the methodology page, “Data sources” section, for the full definition of each evidence grade and current collection status.

Contact & correction channel

If you find an error in an agency’s data or want to request a new listing, submit it through the submit a correction page. All submissions are reviewed and assigned an evidence grade before publication — they are not reflected immediately.

Operating entity information

Operating-entity information will be published on this page once finalized.

The legal entity name, representative, business registration number, and business address will be posted here as soon as they are confirmed. No value is currently finalized, so none is shown here.

Conflict-of-interest disclosure policy

Agencies with a commercial relationship to the operator will have that relationship disclosed on their profile and in rankings. Commercial or paid relationships are structurally excluded from ranking-input data at the database-permission level. The specific disclosure format will be published once the policy is finalized.
